Our practice programme comes with a set of recommended balls per session. Always aim for quality over quantity!
The practice programmes require golf clubs and the same resistance bands that you will be using in your fitness programme.
You will need resistance & glute bands for the mobilise programme. The speed and power programme is gym based. The Junior Foundations programme requires bands and a light kettlebell or dumbbell.
The six-week programme is designed on a rolling basis so you can return to week 1 once you have completed it. Progressively increase the resistance/weight & range of motion on your next cycle through.

If you experience any difficulty with any of the exercises, please adapt so you can complete them safely. With consistency on the programme this should improve over time.
